HOW TO USE

• Mix 1 teaspoon of Chia Seeds with your favourite juice, smoothie, or dessert.
• Mix into yogurt or oatmeal, or sprinkled on salad.

  • 1. Banana Coconut Chia Oatmeal:
    • Combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup of milk or plant-based milk of your choice, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon of Pius Vita Organic Chia seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of Pius Vita Organic Cinnamon powder, and 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes in a bowl. Stir well and Cook for 2 minutes or leave overnight for a delicious and nutritious overnight oat.
  • 2. Blueberry Coconut Chia Oatmeal:
    • Combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup of milk or plant-based milk of your choice, 1/2 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries, 1 tablespoon of Pius Vita Organic Chia seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of Pius Vita Organic Cinnamon powder, and 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes in a bowl. Stir well and Cook for 2 minutes or leave overnight for a delicious and nutritious overnight oat.
  • 3. Peanut Butter Chia Oatmeal:
    • Combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 cup of milk or plant-based milk of your choice, 1 tablespoon of Pius Vita Organic Chia seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of Pius Vita Organic Cinnamon powder, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of Pius Vita Organic Coconut Sugar. Stir well and Cook for 2 minutes or leave overnight for a delicious and nutritious overnight oat.
